- The Network Video Recorder shall be a rack-mount, 1U chassis with a depth of 14 inches.
- The Network Video Recorder shall provide a minimum of 6 100/1000 Ethernet ports for direct connectivity to Network Attached Storage devices and network infrastructure.
- The Network Video Recorder shall use solid-state media as the primary storage device for operating system and configuration files.
- The Network Video Recorder shall not require a keyboard or external monitor for normal operation.
- The Network Video Recorder shall utilize Network Attached Storage arrays as the media for recording audio and video data.
- The system shall provide support for multiple Network Attached Storage arrays.
- The Network Video Recorder shall provide for 750Mbps of input bandwidth for camera devices.
- The Network Video Recorder shall support up to 250 simultaneous camera streams per 1U unit.
- The Network Video Recorder shall support 750Mbps of output bandwidth to client workstations or viewing terminals.
